With a Master’s degree in Counselling (Advanced) from Swinburne University, Melbourne, Australia, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Hina holds further academic certifications in Transactional Analysis (TA) and Psychological First Aid.
In her private practice, Hina has worked with individuals presenting a myriad of concerns including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, anger and stress management, trauma, loss and bereavement. She uses integrative approach for individuals looking for self-growth and healing. Hina also helps motivate her clients to develop resilience in the face of change and
overcome challenges by empowering them through specific skills and techniques. Hina works with clients using Person Centered Therapy (PCT), CBT, Schema Therapy, TA, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
Hina will accompany you on your journey of self-discovery, focusing on where you would like to be in your life and what currently prevents you from achieving your goals. She offers gentle guidance and support so alternative/new options become available to you.
Hina is a registered member of the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) and the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
